Hit by a delivery van? The driver's personal policy may not be the one that pays. If the driver was working, the company's commercial auto policy is usually where the claim starts. At the scene, note the company name, the van number and the driver's details. Interstate for-hire trucks over 10,000 pounds must carry at least $750,000 in liability coverage. Report the crash to your own insurer too. Compare free quotes at autoinsurancebundle.pro.
